Earlier this year, a local artist Mary Horsfield donated to the Friends one of her paintings of Grovelands Park with a view to it being auctioned to raise funds for us.
We are indebted to her for the donation and to Maria of Agha Home in Wades Hill for displaying the painting. The auction was done via our website and we are delighted to say the winning bid was made by Tim Clarke who presented the painting to his wife as a birthday gift.
