Audio Bench Vandalised – but now fixed and back up and running

Following the vandalism to the audio bench we are pleased to let everyone know that it has been repaired and is working again. We have also given the bench a spruce up with a fresh coat of varnish.

It is with regret that the audio bench, that was installed to celebrate the history of the park, has been vandalised and is currently out of operation.

We have sent off the damaged parts for repair and hope to have it working again soon.

This has been a very popular addition to the park, with many park users recalling their memories of the Grovelands over the years and it is a great shame that it should be damaged in this way.
